Channel services include everything a bank needs for both private and enterprise customer services, at the office and online. As a service integrator, Samlink flexibly provides a solution to match the customer's needs - from tailored elements to extensive packages. The online service package developed by Samlink consists of individual banks' websites, Internet bank and a user interface for employees. The online service is a multi-bank application enabling a uniform structure and look for each customer group. The bank's service channels can be supplemented with a portal, which establishes a basis for an electronic self-service channel available around the clock.

The office still continues to be an important customer service channel for a bank. Offices carry out both traditional banking as well as counselling and sales. Samlink equips the offices of its customer banks with diverse office systems, workstations, service automats and Internet client interfaces.
